You're responsible for the accuracy of data entered. Ultimate responsibility for patient care rests with licensed providers.
HIPAA & Business Associate Agreement
OrgaMedica acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA. All paid subscribers automatically receive a BAA.
Our Commitments

Your Responsibilities
You remain the Covered Entity and are responsible for obtaining patient authorizations and ensuring HIPAA compliance within your organization.
Payment Terms
Subscription-based pricing with:

- •Late payments may suspend service
Cancellation
Cancel anytime with:
- •Access until billing period ends
- •No refunds for partial months
- •Data export available
- •We may terminate for violations
Limitation of Liability
We provide software tools but are not responsible for:

- ×User error or system failures beyond our control
Liability is limited to 12 months of fees paid.
